“IRELI” Chairman Jeyhun Osmanli was invited to a meeting on 17 June 2009 with the International Republican Institute Country director in Azerbaijan, Jake Jones, at the institute’s headquarters. It was a getting-to-know-you meeting which discussed a number of issues of mutual interest and stressed the importance of developing bilateral cooperation. Jeyhun Osmanli briefed Jake Jones on Ireli’s work and aims. Jeyhun Osmanli and Jake Jones agreed on a partnership between IRI and “IRELI” regarding “Municipality Elections - 2009” project.
