A delegation of young people from the South Korean Republic visited the "IRELI" Public Union Headquarters at 10.30 on August 19, 2009. The delegation included Lee Eun Ji, a representative of the Korean Ministry of Healthcare, Welfare and Family Issues, as well as students Hui Jeong Lee, JunSeok Park, Ellim Hwang, Myungji Lee, Sado Oh, Jeong Hui An, Hyoju Lim, Soo Min Lee, and Sodam Lee. Participants of the meeting exchanged views on cooperation and joint activities between youth, interaction between student bodies of Korean and Azerbaijani universities and made a slew of broad proposals in this respect. Moreover, an idea was expressed to set up a joint camp of the two countries’ young people.
Jeyhun Osmanli, the chairman of the "IRELI" Public Union, greeted the guests and comprehensively briefed them about the organization’s activities.
The visitors highlighted that amply favorable conditions had been provided in Azerbaijan for the activity of young people.
In conclusion of the meeting, the "IRELI" chairman presented gifts to the guests, and the latter, in turn, presented their gifts to the Public Union.
