June 5, 2010 at Northern Cyprus "IRELI-CYPRUS" Azerbaijani students and their relatives by the University of East May 28 - Comedy Night was dedicated to the Independence Day. The event was held near East University of Ataturk Congress Centre. Starting with the opening night of the Azerbaijani and Turkish anthems , the vice-rector of the university Fakhraddin Sadikoglu. After the opening performance "IRELI - KIBRIS" and at the same time representatives of the students near the University of East Vugar Guliyev and national dance program performed by Gunel Babayeva took place. In 2008, Azerbaijan was successfully represented by Samir Javadzadeh in Eurovision. In the most important moment of the night the "Entertainment Program" prepared by "IRELI - CYPRUS" was presented to the guests. Short scenes, parody, meyxana, playing the nagara, Azerbaijanese national dances which were prepared by the students of "IRELI" was met thunderous applause by foreign guests. This colorful night has continued to by the song of Samir Javadzadeh . Guests and media representatives took place in the event a lot. Towards the end of the night, Vice-Rector of Azerbaijan guests Fakhraddin 'thanks' presented by students and YDU "IRELI" thanked representatives. The chairman of the "IRELI - CYPRUS " Mamed Ilgar has ended the night.
