The Council of Europe Youth and Sport and Azerbaijan Ministry of Youth and Sports will be held on the international the training "in the management of Peace and Conflict regulation Role of Youth" which is organized by "IRELI" Public Union. The project will take place from 5-12 June in Oguz district at 5-star hotel AFRA. There will be 40 participants from 18 European countries. Participants will represent Azerbaijan, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Turkey, Georgia, Serbia, Belarus, Portugal, Albania, Macedonia, Israel, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Moldova .
The one of the targets of youth leaders of the main challenges of this region is conflict management of the Caucasus region, some still frozen conflict situations have been occurred in Eastern Europe, and settlement of conflicts by peaceful ways. The youth who is differ from their weight in the region and great potential can become the main provider of peace and stability distinguished in the future. The purpose of training is to enlighten young people from different countries, representing an active means of solving conflicts peacefully and effectively as well as teaching them skills they can apply in their countries. The European Neighbourhood Policy as well as training in the context of East-West partnership to develop a special focus on the analysis of conflicts and the importance of youth activities in this field will be stimulated to the formation of the projects. The action of the different regions and countries also their experience will be used broadly to make more productive the training.
