Qulu Maharramli in “Social Sciences Summer School”

The Research Center of “IRELI” Public Union started “Social Sciences’ Summer School” project with Center of Caucasus International Affairs and Strategic Studies. The goal of this project is to help young researchers to improve their analytical skills, academic writing abilities and debating capacity.
2nd Academic lecture named “Journalism and Researching” was taught on 6th of June by Qulu Maharremli- Doctor of Philology, first Doctor of Journalism in Azerbaijan. Currently he is working at “Xazar” TV and he is the chairman of “The Foundation for the Development of Journalism”.
Qulu Maharramli spoke about media, its role on society, work principles of professional journalists, getting, working on and giving information. Then he answered the questions of the participants.
30 selected young people participated in the lectures.
