The new topics in “Media Academy”

We have already noted that the students of the Academy take lessons from various media specialists. Academy is functioning in a profession course format which is tutoring alternative journalism. Within the project youth are getting chance to realize their own projects in Academy’s “iRadio”, “IRELI Production”, to practice their skills in most popular news agencies, newspapers, radio and TV studios, to learn all secrets of journalism from the well-known professionals of this sector. The goal of the course is to create educated, modern and professional young journalists and assist them in getting recruited into national media sector. There are currently 35 participants of the project.
Academy’s latest trainings were about PR management and promotion of effective advertisement campaigns. Trainers were director of “Ali and Nino” bookstores and restaurants network Nigar Kocherli and director of Communication Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Rufat Abbasov who is also the only representative of International PR Association in Azerbaijan.
We have to note that the partners of the project are “1news” Agency, “Day.az” agency, “APA” agency, “Trend” agency and “News.az” agency.
