MP Ilham Mammadov in “Media Academy”

Academy’s next guest was MP, chief editor of the “Family Doctor” journal, Ilham Mammadov. The guest told the youth about participation and irreplaceable role of media in political processes. Besides that, Ilham Mammadov informed the youth on specialized journalism and replied to a number of questions asked by them.
Another guest continued the training on PR theme. The guest was Namig Aliyev, who worked as a TV presenter for many years and then became a press secretary of Public Relations department of the National Bank.
Students of the Academy take lessons from various famous Media specialists. Academy is functioning in a profession course format which is tutoring alternative journalism. Within the project youth are getting chance to realize their own projects in Academy’s “iRadio”, “IRELI Production”, to practice their skills in most popular news agencies, newspapers, radio and TV studios, to learn all secrets of journalism from the well-known professionals of this sector. The goal of the course is to create educated, modern and professional young journalists and assist them in getting recruited into national media sector. There are 35 participants of the project at the present.
We have to note that the partners of the project are “1news” Agency, “Day.az” agency, “APA” agency, “Trend” agency and “News.az” agency.
