| Young Leaders of GUAM in “IRELI”
On 25th of June 2010 First Forum of GUAM Young Leaders was held in Baku. The main goal of the forum was to decide the direction of future international cooperation of youth, and to decide the implementation of joint projects. Representatives of Georgian, Ukrainian and Moldavian governmental institutions working with youth, National Councils of Youth Organizations, GUAM Youth Forum and other youth organizations participated in the forum.

As you know, European Commision’s “Youth in Action” programm is one of the projects supporting the non-formal education for young people, proposing the active participation of youth in European creative work between ages 13-30. “Youth in Action” programm is the official youth programm of European Union which covers the years 2007-2013.
